Spann Farm subdivision was established in 1992 on what was once farmland that produced thousands of bales of cotton each year. Over the years, as the City of Dothan expanded beyond the Ross Clark Circle, the land was no longer used for farming and nature reclaimed the many acres. Three beautiful lakes surrounded by majestic oaks and other hardwood trees were the perfect location for a one-of-a-kind subdivision in Dothan, Alabama. Today, 120 Spann Farm home sites are graced by stately homes and gardens.
